GLOBAL BHARAT SERVICES's donation refund policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for handling requests for donation refunds, recognizing that occasional errors or changes in donor preferences can occur, especially with the increasing prevalence of digital payments.
Our foundation's Account team will carefully review each refund request and make every effort to process the refund efficiently. In some cases, we may need to request additional information or documents, and we appreciate the cooperation of the donor in this regard.
Please note that GLOBAL BHARAT SERVICES is not obligated to grant refunds and retains the discretion to decline refund requests, particularly in instances where a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
If you wish to request a donation refund from GLOBAL BHARAT SERVICES:
1. You must submit your refund request in writing or via email.
2. Your request should reach GLOBAL BHARAT SERVICES within 13 (thirteen) days from the date of your donation, whether it was made online, electronically, through other means, or by dispatching a cheque/demand draft to our foundation through alternative methods.
3. The written request should include the reason for seeking a refund and provide the following details related to the donation:
- Date of donation
- Donation amount
- If the donation was made by cheque/draft, please include the Cheque/Draft number.
- If the donation was made via credit card, please provide the last four digits of the Credit Card number.
- If the donation was made online, please provide the Donation-ID.
